These terms govern your access to JabiSend, a messaging platform operated by BereTEK. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be authorized to act for any business you register. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Messaging and acceptable use

You may contact only recipients for whom you have a lawful basis and the consent required by applicable law and carrier rules. You must honor opt-outs and may not send fraud, harassment, malware, illegal content, or unsolicited bulk messages.

Third-party channels

WhatsApp, Meta, mobile carriers, SMS providers, payment processors, and other providers apply their own terms and policies. Their approval, delivery, pricing, and availability decisions are outside JabiSend's control.

Plans, credits, and payment

Plan limits, message credits, and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Provider charges and taxes may vary by destination and message type. Except where required by law, consumed credits and completed service periods are not refundable.

Availability and termination

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. We may change features or suspend access when necessary for security, compliance, or service integrity. You may stop using JabiSend at any time.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, BereTEK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or failures caused by third-party networks. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
